Thank you, As far as I know, every transaction is written to the database. and periodically (maybe 1 month). The bank will work directly with the owner of the online payment system, to transfer the actual money.

wallet and transfer are two different concepts.Transfer is just a transaction made with any account i'e it can be from bank or e wallet . Routing the funds from banks through e wallet and again park them to account is not advisable which can only attract transaction charges. wallet are broadly made to make payments where bank payments are not reachable . hope the answer your question .....

But so sorry, I mean if we want using e-wallet, we have to push money to it, right?. If we using a banking account to send money (linked with us wallet). So, What happen between them. How it transfer real money .

In my country, to build a e-wallet. You have to had a company, and Sign the contract to obtain the bank's API and instructions on the remittance process . I want know what it (contract) say.

Yes you are correct , All transaction happen real time with no gaps .Contract speaks the terms and conditions of the risk involved and the percentage of its responsibility on the customer and the other two parties involved in the transaction. All possibilities are mentioned in the contract e;g delay in the transaction due to system, hacking etc .Hope answer the question.
