I love the way when I used to upload a paper to EasyChair (https://easychair.org/) it automatically read the paper and suggested keywords in general use by other academics -- usually better ones than I'd thought of myself.

Is there any way to use this feature for papers that are not destined for an EasyChair venue, or another site that provides the functionality?
