Wait for the growth to complete (upto 21 years).

Injection Sodium Psylliate along with local anaesthesia gives good results in small size hemangiomas.

Larger ones should be treated in tertiary centres under OT set up

Sclerotherapy or Excision if exciseable.

You can try propranolol if it is in fact a hemengioma, the likelihood of it being AV malformation is more.

you need to do MRA to be sure not AVM , and treatment early is better in her condition by local injection , if failed surgical option is the  2ed .
