Probably, not a lot, but, well, this depends on facts you have not told me, and which are (likely) rather hard to measure or even control. Small particles are likely to have lots of defects and lots of surface. The extent to which such surfaces and defects change (likely increase) the energy (really free energy) of those defects and surface, compared to the perfect bulk will allow you to predict the change in the heat of vaporization. These effects, at first guess are down from the bulk by (approximately) the number of atoms on the surface, or near defects, relative to those not on the surface. They probably depend dramatically on the nature of the surface, however (excess oxygen? hydrogen bonded to terminal oxygens? etc.) However, the vapor is (in effect) all surface so that the energy of the surface is likely comparable to or smaller than the energy of the surface per surface atom. Only a small fraction of the atoms in your problem are at the surface (?1%?) so I would expect the change to be of this order but dependent on all sorts of stuff you haven't told me.
