We are working on a public health project in the U.S. wherein the clinic has integrated behavioral health and primary care, to include addressing substance abuse. A key issue in the U.S. is linking high-risk patients with stable housing and employment to help them on the road to recovery. We are interested in what is going on internationally, particularly the degree to which additional social services are integrated into the care delivery model: housing, employment, food banks, etc.
