Spread of covid 19 pandemic across the world has deeply effected the interpersonal and psychological relationship among workers in the organization and brought new professional challenges before managers. It is more important then ever to manage the situation emphatically. Empathy, the practice of seeing things from someone else’s perspective, comes more naturally to some people than others. It is important to measure the empathetic leadership approach to make the workplace better. Some measurement construct related to leadership qualities like empathetic, involved inclusive, participative , concerned, etc may be useful To measure leadership success during covid. Some of the question like whether leaders are self-aware or not, whether leaders readily listen the problem of subordinate, whether leaders are empathetic or not, whether leaders have a deputy coach or not to manage the crisis in case some mis happening, whether leaders creates a culture that value empathy may be useful in measuring leadership amid in the covid pandemic age.,
