• Synthesis of CH3NH3PbI3 SNCs. In a typical synthesis

of CH3NH3PbI3 SNCs, lead iodide (0.0092 g, 0.02 mmol),

OA (0.05 ml, 0.15 mmol), OLA (0.05 ml, 0.15 mmol) were

mixed with dodecane (5.0 ml) in a 50 ml three-necked flask.

The reaction mixture was degassed under vacuum for 30 min

and purged with argon. The flask was heated to 150 °C until a

clear solution was formed, cooled to room temperature

(25 °C), and then 0.2 ml of the above-mentioned 0.1M

CH3NH3I solution solution was added to the reaction system

  • But i have not got satisfactory results is their any other method which will help to synthesis these nanoparticals
