We want to coat the PTFE on a ITO glass, and repeat the method provided by the reference and specification.(as shown in PDF)
But We find it is so difficult to dissolve Teflon after 4 days' heating and strring (as shown in Figure 1).
So I sincerely hope you can give me some advice.
We choose the soluble copolymer Teflon AF1600 from DuPont(Figure 2), and perfluorination solvent FC-40, FC-77, FC-3282 from 3M(Figure 3). As for acetone, our lab equipment cannot guarantee the security manipulation. So I didn't use it as the solvent.

I will tell you my experience which worked:
Take 1% w/w teflon beads (Teflon AF from Dupont) in FC40 solution.
Do vigorous mixing. Best achieved by a vortex mixer used in biolabs. The beads will slowly dissolve away in the FC40 within an hour or two.
Spincoat on your substrate and bake at 160C for 10min. Done
How did you stir the solution? I dissolved Teflon AF1600 in FC-77. I put it on a heating plate with magnetic stirrer. The stir bar I used was glass coated. Usually we use PTFE stir bars. With a temperature of 50°C it was dissolved after some hours.
In my experience, perfluorohexane is a much better solvent for Teflon AF compared to FC-70 and a like. Teflon AF1600 dissolves within hours at RT, at concentration 2-3 % w/v.
I want fabricate a transparent PTFE coats on glass substrate.please help me how h can about it?
