Would have any one a detailed protocol for detection of sugar, lipid, and protein groups of biosurfactants (especially the preparation of revelation agents, mobile phase, ...).

Actually , you have to decide which one that u want to detect . every bio-molecule have a specific reagents for TLC separation and work up . so generally the main mobile phase used might be mixture of ( chloroform ,Methanol and 2-propanol in addition to TEA and DI water) .
Water and ACN gradient can be a good eluant for such kind of compound. For carbohydrate you can easely reveal your plate with sulfuric acid or amonium sulfate. To reavel amino acid you can use ninhydrine for example.
- Give me the detailed protocols of preparation for lipides, glycolipid and phospholipids please.
TLC for sugar you can use ethylacetate /cyclohexane mixture or CH2CL2/MeOH and reveal with sulfuric acid or KMno4 or anisaldehyde .
lipids and glycolipids you can reveal by phosphomolibdic acid or sulfuric acid
