Sometimes, to get better clarification and enhance the clarity of research work, some researchers shared their work on the open platform in the form of pre-prints to get insights from different researchers. Pre-print is not a peer reviewed article but have a DOI. When the researcher wants to submit the same article to a peer-reviewed journal with some changes to its title or text, should it be accepted or not? Does it have any ethical issues on later part as it received the DOI. Can the researcher change the title of the preprint before sending it to a peer-reviewed journal?
