Dear colleagues,
Does anyone could have explanations that after cyclic polarization of TiNi alloy in 0.9% NaCl from -0.6 V vs SCE to Eb of 0,4 V and back to -0.6 V, EDS is performed but no oxygen is detected?
Thanks in advance
As always, please include an image of the spectrum from 5 kV down. Also include the conditions, especially Vacc.
Perhaps the O peak is there but it was not automatically identified, thus it was not quantified.
I would not expect a large
Many thanks Warren Straszheim,
Best regards
Branimir
