I have some data sheets of time and joint angles of human movements, I'm trying to normalize time for each one of them at their different movements, actually you can imagine two person is walking in the same distance but starting and finishing their movement in different time sequences, so we must resample their length of time movements between 0 to 100 and after that we can compare their joint angles.

I need a code to do this or a source to find out how we can do it?
