Time for new transcripts to appear after plant stress

Can anyone tell me, with references or data, how long it takes for new mRNA transcripts to appear after a plant is stressed (e.g . drought, pathogen infection, death etc.)

Hello, I know that after 2 minutes of roots iron excess there are transciptional responses in shoot with new mRNA transcripts (unpublished data).
