not sure about Dinobryon! The lorica could be, but the organism inside is not a flagellate. Perhaps this is an empty Dinobryon lorica used by something else?
I'm agree with Christian. Moreover, there is a sheet (mucilage?) around the cell and no visible plastids. Even if we suggest that flagellas may be lost due to fixation (that is rare case for Dinobryon), plastids should remain in the cell, but there is no one.
