We are part of a consortium launching a study on the topic of Long-COVID.
Using a simple app, this study aims to follow patients in multiple countries for a year to conduct a detailed survey of the most common symptoms associated with this condition. This is invaluable information for patients, as knowing what they can expect during their recovery from COVID-19 will help them manage expectations and avoid unpleasant surprises. The results will also be of great interest to clinicians, as they can potentially make some recommendations to their patients to help them recover more quickly.
This is an observational study, meant to: 1. quantify frequency (i.e., incidence rate), intensity and, duration of symptoms 2. have a record of the recovery process via a general quality-of-life questionnaire.

It is very interesting, what is the research question, which data are you planning to collect. In Sweden there are already such as apps and national studies such as CRUSH covid and covid symptom study.
