I am looking for a thermoplastic polymer bear temperature up to (200 C) and also, has a low thermal conductivity lower than 0.2 (W/ m.K). I will be grateful for your suggestion. thanks in advance.
Polybenzimidazole (PBI) is a pretty good candidate. With slightly higher thermoconductivity, but the heat resistance is up to 400oC and even higher for short periods. Check the net for peculiarities.
I suggest poly(2,6-dimethylphenylene oxide) which has Tg = 210 oC. It has high heat resistance & has been used in various equipment for its good electric properties with regard to low conductivity.
It is often called PPO "which is a wrong name". Please see:
Table 1.5 in the book A. V. Shenoy and D. R. Saini, Thermoplastic Melt Rheology and Processing Marcel Dekker Inc. New York (1996) gives Information on Selected Homopolymers (LDPE, HDPE, PP, PS, PMMA, POM, PA, PET, PC, PVDF, PPO, PPS, PES, PAS, PEEK, PEI, PAr, PVC), and gives the Glass Transition Temperature, Melting Temperature, Highest Processing Temperature and Degradatiion Temperature. The choice of the thermoplastic polymer for high temperature application can be easily made from the data given in the table.
