For the fibre I assume lambda to be 4.9 W/(mK) in parallel and 1.7 W/(mK) in perpendicular direction. For the resin I calculate with 0.21 W/(mK). For 60 % fibre volume fraction this results in 3.0 W/(mK) in fibre direction and 0.51 W/(mK) in-plane and out of plane perpendicular to the fibre based on micro-mechanical calculation. Unfortunately not published up to now. Basically, this is assuming that thermal conductivity can be mixed the same way as Young's moduli. These results apply for one lamina.
