I plotted the field strengths of the metamaterial absorber layers, and these values are shown to me on the right of the figure. What do these values represent? If it represents the strength of the field, isn't this value too large?

Although the values do represent the strength of a particular physical quantity, the information provided by the attachment is insufficient to deduce the exact identity (and hence the unit) of the quantity. However, your simulation tool should indicate the quantity (and its component i.e., x, y or z for 3D plots) explicitly somewhere. Hence, you should find the identity, component and unit of this plot within the software.
As far as the magnitude of the strength is concerned, you might be able to control it by adjusting the intensity of the incident laser beam. Usually, a value of 250 µWµm−2 is used in order to take into account the effect of thermal energy at ambient temperature. This helps to mimic experimental conditions or to verify the suitability of the system for practical applications.

It is hard to see where 10^29 can come from, if it is V/m. It could be energy density, though.
It might be due to something like the default input power, which might be 1 W, for instance.
Your plot is less than 10^-6 m square, so if there is 1 W incident this is more than 10^12 W/sq m, which is about 10^7 V/m. If you have high Q then you could have several V across a few nm which is a very high energy density. I'm still not sure this is enough for 10^29.
