The validity and reliablity is a big issue?

Hi, I am analyzing a total of 1200 respondents that were collected for PLS-SEM, but only 750 are usable for the analysis.

That means rate in usable format is only 62.8%. The validity and reliablity is a big issue. How can I solve the problem?
