The phenotype of DH population fluctuates. is it normal? What is the reason for this fluctuation?

The phenotype data from previous and this have differences, about 4 to 6 number difference in each line. Is it something to be worried about, or it is normal?? What may be the possible reason? Opinion needed..

Hi, Ahmad. Do you mean phenotypic variation within a DH population? Phenotypic variation does occur even among clonal materials due to environmental effects. Besides, you can confirm the legitimacy/homozygosity status, especially the outliers using some DNA markers.
