i am new on ADS and i need help please
I follow the paper (Design of an Efficient Rectifier Circuit for RF Energy Harvesting System by Parna Kundu (Datta), Juin Acharjee and Kaushik Mandal) but my result on the table 1 as shown in the paper is different to my result (vout).
my design s11 is same but Vout difference than on table 1

Dear Abdullah,
Check that you have used the same SPICE model, as the one used on the papermaker, and more particularly the value of the breakdown voltage of the diode because it is a critical parameter when you change the RF power, this parameter is very important,

, try to display the DC component of your single tone of interest.for breakdown voltage value you can find it on the datasheet file of your diode
