6 N HCL is the common condition to hydrolyze protein into free amino acids, however, Trp and Cys are unstable in this condition.

Can you recommend the system to hydrolysis protein and also obtain the most of Trp / Cys and other common amino acids at the same time ?

I had read several papers. Still has no idea which one is the best.
