Sobur Setiaman has written a marvellous response that sums all this up. Throughout my lifetime, I have seen the digital transformation take place. It wasn't thought of when I was younger and developed radically while I was doing my PhD in the early part of this millennium.
We take things like Netflix for granted and they improve the quality of our lives. And I only do ResearchGate as social media, but would really miss it if it was not part of my life.
