I assume you are asking about wireless sensor networks. Do you want to adjust all of the radii the same amount? Do you want to minimize the energy usage while maximizing coverage in your target area? You need to be a bit more specific.

Yes, the domain is wireless sensor networks. Not all the sensor radius. Consider a scenario, R is the WSN region, n sensors and n target. in this, each target must be covered by at least one sensor, the distance between a target and a sensor is (75m) less than than the sensing radius (100m) then the sensing radius can be reduced. So that I can increase the network lifetime. How the degree of coverage to be affected if I reduced the sensing radius (80m). ?

It depends. First, what exactly do you mean by degree? Second, do the targets move? Third, what is the placement of deployed sensors vs target locations?
