I would not endorse 100% video-based Math as some students at the primary level may need the teacher interaction in order to focus on what is to be learnt. But, I would definitely encourage the use of videos to help student reinforce and close any gaps in understanding difficult Math concepts. My research focus also include culturally relevant ICT integration, so I would urge those producing these videos or using existing ones to ensure that they relate to the students' diverse backgrounds in making learning a difficult subject like Math interesting and motivating.

I support the use of videos in the teaching of maths only if the videos are incorporated into the teaching schedule and not a replacement for the math teacher
