When universal force acts on a body system. So it depends on the gravity of the body, how much force is being applied by the universe. If the gravity of a body is M then the uniform force acting on it will be proportional to its gravity. But if this rule is applied for a black hole, then there is a constant to keep gravity on it. If gravity or mass is increasing at that constant point then the blasting process of black hole starts. And the blasting process depends on its uniform. If we talk about when a black hole attracts any body or any light, its velocity will always be different. If we take a body of same mass and keep it at some distance from the first body, then the attracted velocity or speed of both will be different. And the time of both will also be different.
