We investigated the effect of electrolyte NaCl, (C4H9) 4NCl on the CMC of sodium dodecyl sulfate. Two solutions were separated from each other by semipermeable membranes and a vessel of pure water. It turned out that the CMC is significantly reduced. Electrolyte affects the CMC through water at a great distance. The surface tension of the surfactant solution was measured rapidly. Therefore, the effect of partial passage of electrolyte through water can be neglected.. Can this phenomenon be explained by the entanglement of the quantum states of water?
