organomettalic catalysts are organic compounds(big or small, generally act as ligands) associated witha metal ion. they are also robust catalyst and have lots of applicatiom. most of the famous reactions (suzuki, heck, sonogashira) can be done by organomettalis catalyst. they can be recycled. some of them are water soluble so devoid VOSs. and hence provide green and clean reactions.
