Hi. I am currently using the ethylene glycol mono-tert-butyl ether as my co-solvent together with water in my plant extract study. I am wondering the concentration of ethylene glycol mono-tert-butyl ether to be used as the ethylene glycol mono-tert-butyl ether is slightly toxic to cells. So I am wondering what the concentration should be used in the study?
