All human individuals deserve their basic needs despite factors they cannot control, as mandated by both Marxism and Christianity. Diversity, equity and inclusion are all moral imperatives. Especially equity because politics in practice do not necessarily match those institutionally held. Thus reciprocity and harm avoidance must be maintained by disincentivizing humanity‘s worst impulses while incentivizing it’s best. Masculinity, at it’s worst, brings high testosterone and thus anger issues. Examples may be many forms of fascism. The following problem is exemplified by white women’s tears. Femininity, at it‘s worst, is addicted to arbitrary moral superiority and thus overreacts to natural acts thus harming diversity, equity and inclusion.
