What is the biggest challenge that we need to get a Creative, Effective, and stimulating Teaching? What can be the socioeconomic, and environmental parameters which can affect the Global educational performance?
When you’re a carpenter making a beautiful chest of drawers, you’re not going to use a piece of plywood on the back, even though it faces the wall and nobody will see it. You’ll know it’s there, so you’re going to use a beautiful piece of wood on the back. For you to sleep well at night, the aesthetic, the quality, has to be carried all the way through.

The biggest challenge in educational systems (Ghanaian context) is constantly adjusting and transforming educational policies (curriculum) to meet the dynamic developmental trends globally. This often takes plenty of resources especially time, culminating in exacerbating the gap between what is learned in educational institutions and what students meet in the world of work. Bridging the gap between the educational institution and industries, making students well cushioned to perform excellently in industries is the biggest challenge in Ghana now.
Very interesting dears Dr. Parisa Ziarati and Dr. Dickson Adom, thank you for your intervention in this discussion. what can be others personal proposals, please? to improve our educational environment.
The biggest challenge is to keep to the basics. Any teaching should be built on obkective settings, clear methodology, content selection and constant true cyclic evaluation. Upon this base any creativity can be proposed and it will work well.
"What students say about the challenges of research...
"The main challenge was and is time management. It was hard trying to choose between school work and lab work, especially around tests. This was amplified by the fact that I enjoyed lab work far more than studying at times so it was a struggle to stay focused on school. However, I learned how to better handle the time I spent between the two and now it is not nearly as large of an issue."
"I would have taken more time to find and develop a project that was more interesting to me, and that would have involved a greater variety of tasks and goals; sometimes this made it harder to remain engaged and motivated for the duration of the project. I would definitely tell others to be sure that you're interested in what you're doing!""...

Education in India faces following primary challenges:
Quality:
Maintaining standard of education in more than a million schools nationwide, offering training programs to teachers, and keeping good balance with education system worldwide is a big challenge. Schools vary in size and resources and are forced compromise in the all round development opportunities they must provide to students.
Access:
Having infrastructural constraints and social issues, it becomes harder to make education accessible to all segments of the society (women, minorities, poor).
Cost:
The cost of education is very high even for the people and places where it is accessible. E.g. the competitive pressure on students & parents forces them to opt for private tuitions & trainings to supplement the school education.
Social & Cultural:
The ethnic diversity in India poses challenges to implement consistent education nationwide. There are more than 300 languages spoken in the country and makes it difficult to offer education tailored to specific social segment. Educating women in some societies is a big issue. Children of poor families are forced to work and miss out the learning opportunities. Illiterate adults have very limited opportunities to get educated at later age in their lives.
Generally speaking, the educational system at the first quarter of 21st century faces several challenges which are different from one country to another. First of all, there is a great need for high quality educational services. Consequently, establishing a powerful evaluation center is a top priority challenge.Second, dramatic advances in information technology have influenced the system of education so much so specific developmental projects are needed to fill the existing vacuum in this respect. Third, teachers' professional development is still another challenge that the educational system should satisfy by managing comprehensive teacher training programs. Finally, the greatest challenge of all is that the educational output should successfully meet the scientific, industrial, and economic demands of the community.
The biggest challenge is NOT to have challenges in teaching learning process. The main aim should be to develop skill set (technical, academic, aptitude) and human values more importantly.
Thank you for your comment, I think that to obtain a result (development of skill,....), we need innovative, Creative, Effective, and stimulating Teaching methods.
Your main question The biggest challenge? Is of a very general and therefore non-specific nature. The subordinate questions are two and these are related to the Creative Teaching and the second with the environmental, social and economic conditions or situations that favor, I understand, this Creative Teaching.
I will try to give a comprehensive answer to these questions:
The greatest challenge for the Teaching to be Creative, is to leave the Teaching aside and orient the educational process towards the Strategies and Methods that allow the Promotion of Learning
In order for there to be learning as a result of an educational process, it is indispensable that it be directed towards a different educational process, where the lecture or master class is not the predominant didactic method, but a dynamic method that promotes participatory learning
The ideal didactic strategies and methods would then be Seminar, Documentary Research, Field Research, Teamwork around the solution of theoretical and practical problems of knowledge according to the subjects of the syllabus.
Likewise, practical activities are not theoretical but stimulate psychomotor skills and abilities, as allowed by Equivalent or Real Practices (in the realm of reality), and not just the analogous practices or simulations that are developed most of the time in the classroom.
In all this proposed change, a special economic situation is not indispensable, because no more basic school budget is required, nor in institutions of higher education, but only the will of educational policy in promoting Significant Learning and not only Memorizing Learning; Since the former has a real impact on students and society; And the second is banal, instrumental and transitory for tending to oblivion.

Your answer is wonderful, it is fabulous this method of teaching, stimulating, Creative, and Effective, which have a great and positive socioeconomic impact. But, this can be the case of classroom studies, how about the laboratories experience especially chemical and nuclear discipline which have a long-term nocive and toxic waste to diverse in the environment? what can be the sustainable solution, please?
N.B: This question is a part of a big project entitled "New World".
The proposal I make of the change from Teaching to Learning Promotion is not limited to the classroom, it has to do with all kinds of humanistic, technical and scientific training that involves behavioral change, overcoming dogmas through openness and criticism, Orientation of the education towards the achievement of meaningful learning, that is, learning for life and not only for the classroom, which implies the development of competences, where are the two components, the theoretical (declarative knowledge) and practical knowledge or Psychomotor (procedural part of the competition).
By mentioning equivalent practices, it involves applying knowledge in the realm of reality, whether in the care of a patient in the hospital, promoting a student's learning in a school, the ability to develop a writing or essay in a Literary workshop; Also in other disciplines such as mathematics, chemistry and physics, where knowledge and skills can be applied in the development of theories or demonstration of theoretical models in laboratory experiments.
Or as he mentions in his commentary, how to avoid or reduce contamination by toxic wastes or wastes, through the application in real cases, of innovative technology so as not to damage the environment and make the population sick.

I agree with the environmental issues, it is indeed a big challenge. I think that new generations should feel safe (no fear of war, violence or discrimination), and get enough time to flourish by using their own creativity without too many constraints from society. In this respect, students should be motivated to develop their own, individual learning style (because different students have different strengths and weaknesses).
Today's youth care deeply about what is happening in our world in all areas and particularly what we have done to our world, including our environment. They are worried about our current political dismissal of environmental issues and many are coming up with creative ideas to help change things for the better. The biggest challenge, however, is (IMHO) is to help them get the right information in this era of falsehoods from our policymakers and political leaders. They need to learn how to research truth and discover how to discern facts from fiction.
Buy-in from educators and school administrators/staff. If educators do not work collaboratively and buy-in to the program then it will not be successful. Students are captive audiences waiting to be inspired and as an educator your own passion and enthusiasm will captivate their interest but as an educator, if you do not feel supported by your colleagues then it will feel like you are paddling upstream and fatigue will set in.
Dears Dr. Tariq H. Y. Al-Maliky, Dr. Rainer Spiegel , Dr. Barbara L. Mccombs, and Dr. Nimet Mawji, thank you for your nice words, which are full of hope.
I totally agree with Adel and would only add that we need the education system to help all in that system to be critical thinkers and to discern facts from fiction. With all the internet hacking and misinformation we surely need our educational systems to support scientific and critical thinking all around the world.
"The emotional stuff is the biggest challenge, for me to access that. As life passes, you encounter difficulties and tragedies, and so it becomes easier. 'Carnivale' required that of me, and it was really hard."
Producing quality teachers that can inspire students to seek greater achievements. Teachers must become students that continue to develop needed awareness of new developments in their fields and understand contemporary issues.
Sometimes, in the context of a major research project, it can be the biggest challenge internally - maintaining the motivation to continue despite the obstacles in your research, work pressure and personal commitments.
