Do You have any experiences with using a Bresser stereomicroscope with a digital camera? It is a type of low-cost microscope with price of about 800 Eur without digi camera. Or what brands of the optic do You use (not the expensive one like Olympus, Leica etc) in the lab or your students?

Can't say about the microscope, but we have the Bresser digital camera and it works just fine when mounted onto Leica stereomicroscope. With the right adapter it can be mounted onto different variety of microscopes.

Low power and high quality microscope.
May be it will be helpful in detecting small electronic components with high optical quality.
