I use not one book, but different papers, newspaper articles and video clips and parts of the following books in a course on "International Entrepreneurship"
-Khanna and Palepu: Winning in Emerging Markets (it's not really on Entrepreneurship, but includes some interesting insights for new ventures)
-Khanna: Billions of Entrepreneurs (focus on India and China)
-Cavusgil, Ghauri, Akcal: Doing Business in Emerging Markets
Khanna and Palepu, with their institutional perspective, and Cavusgil et al. give you useful insights on innovative approaches to succeed in emerging markets (and even several case studies), albeit both of them are more strategy-oriented, than entrepreneurship-focused.
I would suggest even Prahalad and Hart. The fortune at the bottom of the pyramid. or other Prahalad's articles on the BOP.
