I am developing a numerical simulation in several steps. At first, just to learn how to lauch the jobs on clusters (Cineca-Galileo) I considered a simplified model. Since I executed it in my laptop I'm sure it works. When I try instead to launch it on the cluster it stops with the error message termination signal (signal 9) after 6/7 steps. Can you please help me to solve this problem?

The most probable cause would be accessing arrays out of bounds. If placement of variables in memory done by the compiler in your laptop is such that the out-of-bounds accessed memory falls within another variable, you may not get any error, and as you seem to use an iterative method, the effect might not be visible. Try to check your code for out-of-bounds array indices. If this is not easy enough, try using valgrind (link below). It automatically checks all sort of memory allocation, de-allocation and accessing.
