Es importantísimo la formación docente en nuevas tecnologías, vimos de manifiesto durante la pandemia del COVID 19, que muchos no estaban preparados, ya sea por falta de recursos de las instituciones, o por la falta de motivación de los docentes, algunos por sentir que "ya van de salida" no les interesa actualizarse. Hay que recurrir a la motivación y que la capacitación en tecnologías sea continua porque el entorno lo demanda y va a una velocidad muy rápida.
I'm not sure why my name was included in the request for this survey as there is not even a space for the doctoral candidate. As a teacher who earned her certification through an on-line program, I found the real-world experience of teaching vastly different than on-line could prepare me for. Yet, I know it's convenience factor is great. As a Program Supervisor working with teachers earning their credential while also in the classroom, I think that combination is ideal. As a doctoral student pursuing further education, I love the ease and abundance of resources available to me through technology.
