Hi, I am newbie in synopsys TCAD.
I want to extract the charge information in electrode during transient simulation.
I have seen this in TCAD Manual that I can get charge info from .plt file as attached from chapter 7, and when I checked there was nothing .
How am I possible to see this? or Are there any other ways to do charge extraction?
Is it a valid way to integrate the current over two different timestep by myself after getting current info from transient?

First, charge values at each declared electrode can be directly plotted as indicated in the attached image.
For a transient simulation, you need to save your results after each increment, you will have by then multiple files, and you can plot them in batch using the same method. something like this will save the files:

Firstly thanks for the help.
I have tried this and as my simulation does not include Quasistationary, I ran with only the transient part of your code with Save command after the coupled.
However, I cannot see that second box under the data box which contains that charge info...
Do you have any idea?
