If the t values are red this means that the red ones is not statistically significant. The other word your factor loading is not differ from zero. This situation can be caused small sample sizes.

Can the t values of all variables be red? what is that mean? the realibility is good, but when I try to run in lisrel for validity, all t values in path diagram of LISREL are red.

If all of yout t-values are red, this means that your indicators don't relate the factors that defined by you. Reliability is different from validity. If your scale has a lor of item your relability (e.g. internal consistency coefficients like Cronbach Alpha or KR20) will be high. But validty is more important than reliability. If your sample size is small this situation may emerge.

If your variables are not normal, you can use MLR but, your variables must be at least 5 categories. Or DWLS estimation method can be used for non-normal data. If you use Mplus, ULSMV or WLSMV estimation methods perfom well.
