In research papers, authors mention factor loading, t-values, AVE, and CR values to establish validity of scale. But I could not find t-values in AMOS output. How can I calculate t value in AMOS?
Yes thats right... amos used critical ratio (CR) as substitute to t value. I dont use amos..I use LISREL
Yes in the output mode of AMOS it is in the estimate section with the C.R

But I did not manage to get the t-values and p-values for main and indirect effect. The output gave me only the t-values (C.R) and p-values in the table named (regression weight) which is the direct effects. Iam using AMOS.
How to get them please.

To get the t-values and p-values for main and indirect effect you must use of Mediation, Moderation and Conditional Process Analysis.

The book is very good but I did not found the steps of getting t-values and p-values of indirect and main effects. Iam asking you about the method of how to get t-values and p-values. Please tell me in brief the steps to get them in AMOS.
I think that bootstrapping gave me the confidence intervals and S.Es.
Does the AMOS give me the values directly or should I calculate t-values by dividing the Beta/S.E ?
