Hi... Pauline Bourbon... not yet.. i still don't have an answer... one of the journal (J Infect Chemother ) reviewer asked to calculate the FIC. Now the paper is rejected since i didnt have any proper answer.
Hello. In case you still need this information. A couple of papers helped me figuring out how to calculate the FICs from a checkerboard. I used the data given from one of the examples and was able to replicate the FIC calculations. Here are the references.

There are several ways to compute FIC. This paper may shed more light: Comparison of methods of interpretation of checkerboard synergy testing by Bonapace et al., 2002
