Does anyone have a tutorial for building a SweepMe sequence for OECT characterization? I am trying to create a SweepMe sequence for transfer and output curves of OECTs for a Keithley 2636, but I have not found many tutorials online.
Can anyone help me?

Basically, creating an OECT measurement would be the same like any other FET mearument. You need at least two SMU modules nested into each other:
MakeFile
└── SMU drain
....└── SMU gate
This would be a transfer characteristic. For each drain voltage a gate sweep is performed. Whenever, the modules are nested they behave like nested for-loops.
To finalize the setting, you need to configure the SMU modules and create sweeps in the Sweep editor of the SMU modules. The SMU drain module could also have a sweep over one value, i.e. being constant.
Output characteristics follow the same scheme but SMU drain and SMU gate exchanged to performe the nested for-loops other way around.
Important is also the position of MakeFile as it determines how many files are created. For each variation of a higher Module, MakeFile starts writing to a new file. So in case of output characteristics it would make sense to put MakeFile between SMU gate and SMU drain as shown below:

└── MakeFile
....└── SMU drain
