does someone suggest me a survey (or references for searching it) for the detection of the user satisfaction in using a new web-based software for healtrh care sector? I need to investigate the dimensions of: usability of the interface (intuitive, easy identification of the features provided, etc), responsiveness (time to insert/receive information), organization of the different features among the windows, etc. thanks in advance.

Assuming that you're using end users to test the website, then a good starting point to consider is the System Usability Scale (SUS): https://www.usability.gov/how-to-and-tools/methods/system-usability-scale.html It's not specific to health sites, but covers many of the aspects you're interested in.
You might also think about performing an evaluation against a set of heuristics, such as Nielsen's (there are others too): https://www.nngroup.com/articles/ten-usability-heuristics/

You can use MCDM approach which is apt for such study or go for scenario based study
