I have already looked at these Comsol examples, among others. Nevertheless, added to the fluid flow I want to focus on the fingering phenomenon in porous media that's why I have though about tpdl module. Maybe I have to couple laminar two phase flow module (level set or phase field) with one or more other modules to run my simulation. I think about transport of diluted species module or I have to use coefficient form PDE. But I still not able to couple properly these modules as I'm still a beginner in Comsol.

I suggest you to read the manual of the COMSOL (Two-phase flow + Transport dilute species). Tutorials are just demo to show what can be done by using software, but for our problems, the manual is the best guide. Hope you are familiar with the software so will understand the other functions too.
