Hello everybody,

searching for an R package which would enable me to load flourescence intensity data of calcium transients in time, find peaks, fit baseline, fit peaks and analyze beat rate, rise time, decay time etc. Has been using clampfit to do it manually but moving to R would make it some much less time consuming, and error free.

Anybody has any suggestion?
