Suggestions for publishing a short outline or conference paper of the N2 essay?

I am pleased to see that the topic of Ns isotopes as markers of atmospheric changes (Giant Bugs, Martian Air etc.) has attracted some attention - especially over the past weeks.

A couple of researchers have suggested/requested that I publish a short outline of the main concepts (or present a Conference Paper) that would allow citations and quotes to be made correcting the stuff that is wrong and expounding on the stuff that is of interest.

This is not my main area of research, so I would welcome any suggestions or recommendations regarding likely publications and/or conference venues that would be prepared to give this an airing.
