Certainly would be about the last method I'd recommend. Fraught with errors, even for an experienced analyst. First off, you'd be much happier with ICP-MS data. Secondly, AAS is not going to give you the kind of sensitivity you need, even with MIBK extraction and concentration. ICP-OES with an axial torch or, preferably, ICP-MS should be your methods of choice.
If you need to concentrate I'd look at using ion chromatography to perform the concentration step since you can use stacking to really concentrate the sample without much effort.
