What is the cheapest technique to structure an Aluminum layer of say 30 microns thick deposited on a polymer base material in PRODUCTION roll to roll. The resolution of the structures to be realised is low, in the mm range.

Dear colleague, are you taking into a mind the surface texturing of aluminium layer?

Surface texture preferably unchanged compared to before structuring. Also the edges of the structures in the Al should not be raised as you get with the punch technique.
