I am looking for an answer for use of correct statistical test for analysing one of my experimental datasets. The study design was repeated measure experimental design. The same subject was exposed to two different experimental conditions and the data was collected at three different time points each time. The data collected was the score using a subjective questionnaire survey i.e. the data is ordinal. What kind of statistical test will be useful to compare the ordinal data between two experimental conditions measured at three different time frames?
