Statistical method to join the outcome of two Machine learning classifiers to make better predictions?

I have two trained models one which is trained on accelerometer data and other is trained on image data. I do not want to change this architecture.

Both models are data classifier. These classifiers produce an output of class type and a probability of the class. I want to develop a method such that with a combination of the outcomes of the classifier I can produce a better prediction.
