I am doing now the dynamic simulation of STATCOM using DigSilent software but i have some errors in the controller block as follow :
Variable without initial conditions: 'xqctr'
err - Variable without initial conditions: 'xpctr'
err - Internal variable without definition and initial condition: 'vac'
err - Model 'Controller Block Diagram' contains fault.
i am using the generic model of Statcom which has been built by Digsilent.
any help?
You have to intialize the intial variables first, for eg:
inc(xqctr)=0
inc(xpctr)=0

Yeah initialise the states like Samundra Gurung already mentioned
i would also like to add initialise the voltage variiable 'vac' to 1 p.u.... inc(vac)=1.. look into the controller block model... You can most probably find it in 'common model'... look through the equation codes in the model... its a bit weird that the default block does not already have initialisation in the code itself
