Started a bacterial curve using the OD600 Spectrometer, but now need to use a Tecan, can someone explain how to compare values from these devices?

I have been analyzing multiple Mycobacterium Avium Paratuberculosis growth curves using an OD600 spectrometer but it is now out of commission in our lab and I am halfway through a curve, can someone explain how to compare the values I have got from the OD to the Tecan values.
